Dr. Michelle Prince
Dr. Michelle Prince is an executive coach and leadership development expert with extensive experience that spans industries, global regions, and the full cycle of human resource functions. She has held senior-level and executive roles in Fortune 500 companies over the past 20 years. Michelle has been a key leader in the global implementation of new technologies and business practices in response to changes in customer expectations, anticipated market variations, legal or regulatory requirements; as well as the ongoing development of a diverse global workforce, shifts in organizational structures, and merger & acquisition integrations.
Through her Executive Coaching, Michelle empowers professionals to accelerate through transformations and navigate productively across a wide range of professional and organizational challenges. Michelle also consults on the development of programs and processes that result in greater leadership agility, more effective human capital strategies, and enhanced employee engagement and productivity. Michelle holds several Advisory Board positions. In addition, Michelle is one of the co-authors for the SHERPA Institute UN SDG8 Corporate Guidebook focused on Full Employment, Decent Work, and Driving Sustainable Economic Growth.
Michelle earned her Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, from Binghamton University.
